Emailing Digital Files:
1. Files should be 1000 pixels in the longest dimension saved in JPEG format on high quality(not maximum). Images should be sampled at 72ppi.
2. Label each file with consecutive numbers followed by your name, i.e. 1FirstName_LastName.jpg. The number should correspond with the number on the application form. Please only use alpha-numeric character and underscores.
3. Please attach the digital files and the application form to an email and send to entry@asmithgallery.com.

3. Fill out the Application Form, making certain that the numbers on the form match those on the CD files. Mail CD, entry form and SASE for return of CD to:

Submission Fee:
A non-refundable entry fee of $25 for the first 5 images and $5 for each additional image is required. The Paypal link is on the Entry Form.
Sales:
A Smith Gallery will retain 40% of the sales price.
Liability:
A Smith Gallery will exercise all due care in handling prints, but will not be responsible for loss or damage or replacement of prints in transit.
Reproduction:
A Smith Gallery retains the right to display, project, reproduce and subsequently display as thumbnails on A Smith Gallery website, work accepted for this exhibition for publicity and promotional purposes only. Individual photographers retain Copyrights to their individual works.
Eligibility:
Entries must not have been exhibited previously in an exhibition at A Smith Gallery.
