Description
A 1-day workshop focusing on using the historic cyanotype process to print images created with the iPhone. We will explore the process of shooting with the iPHONE, using various filters to create images, how to create and print digital negatives, applying the liquid cyanotype emulsion to paper, exposing prints using a digital negative in the sun or light box, and toning your images afterwards. Class will end with a group critique of all images created.
PRE-REQ: Basic knowledge of Photoshop and digital printing
BRING: iPhone, flash drive, and notebook. Other smart phones can also be used in this class.
