Theme
WPGA will select open theme single images with a dominant color. The dominant element in the image must be a specific color, such as red, yellow, blue, white, black, green, etc. Black & White images, toned, duotones, are excluded from this competition.
Bellow there area some examples of the type of images WPGA is looking at (regarding the existence of a dominant color, not regarding the thematic of the image). Images displayed as examples are from awardees in past WPGA’s competitions.

Deadlines
Early Bird (discounted entry fees): August 29th, 2010 at 11:59 PM PDT
Final Deadline: September 29th, 2010 at 11:59 PM PDT
Eligibility:
Professional and non professional photographers from all over the world.
There is no restriction regarding the date the images were taken.
Entry Fees:
Early Bird deadline (on or before August 29th) – First 3 images US$ 20; each additional image US$ 7
Final Deadline – (on or after August 30th, until September 29th) – First 3 images US$ 35; each additional image US$ 10
Awards:
Jurors will select Best of Show and 20 Honorable Mentions.
Best of Show: $1,000 B&H gift certificate.
All awardees –as well as some finalists according to the jurors’ decision- will be featured in the Book “The Dominant Colorâ€
