1. Include $15 for each image submitted on CD or DVD. There is no limit.
2. Entry fees are non-refundable

Photos Accepted for Exhibition
1. If you are notified of acceptance, your photos need to be matted in a window mat. No restriction on color. Matted images will need to be shipped to the Hubbard Museum.
2. Minimum size – 11×14
3. Maximum size – 20×24
4. Mats must have a minimum of a 2″ border on all sides.
5. Each matted photo must have a 3/16′ foam board backing the same size as the mat and must be securely adhered to create a stable unit. See the FAQ at the Hubbard Museum website.
6. Attach an ID label to the back, lower right hand corner of each photograph’s backing board.
7. Framed photos are not accepted.
8. Do not attach any hanging devices to the photographs.
9. Include a PREPAID return shipping label.
